FAQs

What areas do you cover?

Cheadle Hulme, Bramhall, Woodford, Handforth, and some surrounding areas.

How do I go about payment?

I will send out an invoice at the end of the month detailing dates you have used my services, I ask to be paid via bank BACS transfer, however, if this is not possible I am happy to discuss alternative payment options.

Will you meet me prior to caring for my animals?

Yes, of course, I will schedule a date to come and meet you face to face. It is important that you feel comfortable and also your animals are happy with my presence.

What is a pet profile?

A pet profile is a document that details many questions about your animal, this includes emergency contact details, vet details, likes/dislikes, medical conditions, food requirements, etc. It is mainly for Busy Izzy Pet Services to gather essential information about your animal, prior to caring for them.

Do I need to get a key cut for you?

Yes, I will need a key to access your home, however, if you do have a key lock safe then I am happy to use that instead.

How do I book you in for a house sitting?

You can contact me directly by phone, email, or text message. You can also contact me via my Facebook and Instagram pages by searching 'Busy Izzy Pet Services'.

Will you be in my home 24/7 when you house sit?

No, I will have other work commitments during the day so I will not be in your home 24/7. Do not worry, all my dog walks during the day are scheduled so I have time to take your dogs out too, so they will not be left alone for long periods of time.

Do I provide food for when you house sit?

No, I will bring my food with me.

How do you keep in touch with us whilst we are away?

I'm happy to send updates and photos/videos of your pets to keep you in the loop. It's entirely up to you how often you would like to recieve them. Of course you can contact me anytime.

Do you have insurance?

Yes I do, I have home, pet and public liability insurance to cover Busy Izzy Pet Services in all areas of the services I provide.

Are you DBS checked?

I am, I have proof of a clean record. I keep all hard copies of my insurance, DBS check, certificates etc ready for you to view when we have our first greet.

How many dogs do you walk at a time?

My maximum number is 4 dogs, however, groups are determined by their nature so some groups may be smaller to accommodate this.
